Jan-Sep, Nov-Dec - $355/night, $2400/week, $925/weekend
October, Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks $400/night .. $2800/week
Sat-Sat 4pm check-in; 11 am checkout
3 night minimum
March & April dates 30% off (Special Rate 2010 only)
Monthly Rate: Jan-Sept: $5000/month, Oct $5500/month
Cleaning fee: $250 (paid directly to cleaning company)
State sales tax (11%), Security Deposit $500 / Pet Deposit $100
Hot Tub: Additional $50 Set-up Fee.

Our family has vacationed in the Smoky Mountains for 4 generations and have visited the same rock formations, wildlife habitats, rivers, and hiking trails for many years. This region is one of the few that doesn't seem to change much over time. Family ties are strengthened through experiences and activities that develop character, personal growth & enrichment, and a sincere communion with God.

This home was purchased after years of wanting a vacation home in the mountains where the locals are so relaxed and friendly that we inspire to become more like them. As we have cherished vacationing in this region and appreciated the rental homes we've enjoyed staying in, we felt that sharing our mountain home with others would be a rewarding way of giving back some of the opportunities to create memories that last forever and unify families.
